Kindergarten Registration

Your child must be 5 years old before August 15th of this school year to enroll in Kindergarten.  The following requirements should be brought with you to turn in at the time of registration: Birth Certificate, Shot Records on the TN form, Proof of a Physical done within the last year, 2 proofs of Residency in a custodial parent/guardian’s name (We can only take lease, rental, mortgage, electric, cable, water, phone or verification of car insurance), and Custody Paperwork if applicable.
