Registration: Monday-Friday 8:45-2:45 Required documents include: Birth Certificate, Shot Records on the TN State form, Physical done within the last year, 2 Proofs of Residency(we can only take a current lease/mortgage/rental, electric, cable or water bill in a custodial parents name)

Everyone will need to be scanned into our system using their drivers license before entering our building or dismissing their child. Please be sure you have either an updated driver’s license or a State/Government ID issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles or a Military ID, etc. Please be patient with us on your first visit. Once everyone’s information has been stored the system will make check in and dismissals much easier then the old system. You still will need to bring your ID in with you every time you enter our building. This is for the safety of our students. We thank you in advanced for your patience and your commitment to help keep our kids safe.

Parents be sure you are utilizing Power School. It is a great tool that will help you and your child stay on top of their grades. If you have yet to set up your Power School account please see Heidi in the office.

Stay up to date on what is happening at BDES by subscribing to our online calendar. Visit the calendar page on our website, look at events.cmcss.net, click on subscribe, select what areas, schools and interests and then enter your email address. It is that easy! The Homework Hotline provides one on one free tutoring by phone to Tennessee students and parents. With Homework Hotline, students tackle new concepts. learn to read, complete challenging assignments, and gain academic skills. You can contact them by calling, 1-888-868-5777.
